Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 14, 2025

1. Eligibility

Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:

  • The user has opted for the Standard Refund Plan at registration.
  • The player was not sold in the auction.

2. Refund Request

  • No manual request is needed. Refunds will be automatically processed for eligible users within 7 working days.
  • If any issue arises, users must email admin@ramathstudios.com within 7 days of auction completion.

3. Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued via the same Razorpay account used for registration.
  • If Razorpay refund fails due to bank or card issue, the user must coordinate with our support team.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The player was successfully sold in the auction.
  • The user opted for a non-refundable registration (if offered in future).
  • Misconduct or rule violation occurred.
  • Withdrawal after auction has begun.
