Welcome to The12thMen, a point-based player and team auction platform operated by Ramath Studios. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our platform and participation in our auctions.
By registering on The12thMen platform, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Definitions
Platform / Service: The12thMen.com, owned by Ramath Studios.
User / You: Any individual or entity using the platform.
Player: A participant listed for auction.
Team: An entity bidding for players using points.
Auction: An event where teams bid for players using virtual points.
Registration Fee: The amount paid to participate in an auction.
Points: Non-monetary bidding units used in auctions.
Standard Refund Plan: A refundable registration option.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to register and use the platform.
Registration is done via invitation or link only. There is no public login or account dashboard.
Users must provide accurate information at the time of registration.
4. Auction Rules
Auctions are conducted live via The12thMen's provided link.
Bidding is based purely on points, not real money.
Highest point bid wins.
If a player is not sold, and has opted for the Standard Refund Plan, a refund will be processed.
Decisions made by platform moderators during the auction are final.
5. Payments
All payments are collected via Razorpay.
The Registration Fee must be paid at the time of registration to confirm participation.
No hidden charges or taxes apply unless specified.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds apply only if:
The player was not sold in the auction, and
The player selected the Standard Refund Plan at registration.
Refunds are not applicable if:
The player is sold.
No Standard Refund Plan was selected.
The auction rules were violated.
7. Refund Timing & Process
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the auction ends.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method through Razorpay.
Any refund issues must be reported to admin@ramathstudios.com within 7 days of the auction's conclusion.
8. Intellectual Property
All logos, auction interfaces, visuals, and content on The12thMen.com are owned by Ramath Studios and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as-is" with no guarantees of uptime, auction success, or uninterrupted access.
Ramath Studios shall not be held liable for:
Any technical issues during the auction.
Any loss of data or bidding opportunity.
Any indirect damages.
Our maximum liability under any circumstances shall be limited to the registration fee paid.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any issues will be first attempted to be resolved informally via email at admin@ramathstudios.com.
If unresolved, the matter shall fall under the jurisdiction of Thane, Maharashtra courts.
11. Modifications
Ramath Studios reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.
