Registration Link
OptionalAppears once the link is enabled. Select Copy and share it in your league group. Players open it, sign in with their mobile number, pick their profile and fill in the form.
Player Registration End Date
OptionalThe last moment players can register. After it passes, the link shows "Player registration is closed" with "The registration deadline has passed." Set it in the Auction Details tab.
- Format DD/MM/YYYY with a time. Past dates cannot be picked.
- Must be on or before the auction start date and time.
- Leave the time untouched and registration stays open until the end of that day.

Build the form: steps
Customize Fields
OptionalOpens the form editor. Every field sits inside a step; drag the handle to reorder fields within a step and use the pencil to edit one. Use Search to find a field on a long form.
- A new auction starts with 11 fields: Profile Picture, First Name, Last Name, Nickname, Mobile Number, Gender, Date of Birth, Role, Batting Hand, Bowling Hand and T-shirt Size.
- Profile Picture, First Name, Last Name, Mobile Number and Date of Birth cannot be deleted.
- Nothing changes for players until you select Save in the drawer. Closing it without saving discards your edits.
Step Title
RequiredThe heading of a new page in the form. With more than one step, players see a numbered stepper and move through it with Next and Previous.
- Empty titles show "Step title is required".
Example: Club details
Description (Optional)
OptionalA short line under the step title telling players what this page is about.
Example: A few questions about how you play
Add visibility conditions (show this step based on field values)
OptionalShows the step only when earlier answers match, for example only when Role equals Bowler. Choose whether all conditions or any condition must be true.
- Operators: Equals, Less than, Greater than, Less than or equal, Greater than or equal, Between.
- Equals compares against the exact option value, so type it the way the option is spelled.
Build the form: custom fields
Select Step
RequiredWhich step the new field is added to.
- Defaults to the step you added or picked last.
Label
RequiredThe question players see. It also names the column in Manage Players and in your exports.
- Fixed to "Profile Picture" for the Profile Image type.
Example: Preferred Format
Type
RequiredHow players answer: Text, Number, Date, Mobile, File, Profile Image, Radio Group (pick one), Checkbox Group (pick several), Select (dropdown) or Multiselect (dropdown, several).
- Text is selected by default.
- File accepts images, PDF, Word, Excel, audio and video, up to 5 MB (10 MB for video).
- Date fields only accept dates at least three years in the past, so use them for birthdays, not future dates.
Placeholder
OptionalHint text for Text, Number, Date, Mobile, Select and Multiselect fields. It is saved with the field, but the player form does not show it yet, so put anything players must know in the label.
Add Option
OptionalThe choices for Radio Group, Checkbox Group, Select and Multiselect. Type one and press Enter or select +.
- At least one option is needed before Save unlocks for these types.
- Duplicate options are ignored.
Example: T10, T20, Box cricket
Max Selected (optional)
OptionalFor a Checkbox Group, the most boxes a player may tick.
Example: 2
Is Mandatory
OptionalPlayers cannot submit the form (or move to the next step) without answering this field.
- Profile Image fields are always mandatory.
Choose what shows in the auction
Display Fields
OptionalPicks which answers appear on player cards on the auction page and on the live auction and stream screens, and in what order. Tick the fields, drag to reorder and select Save.
- Lists the fields of the saved form, so save new fields in Customize Fields first.
- Profile Picture, First Name, Last Name and Nickname always stay at the top.
- Until you save a choice, cards show photo, names, role, batting and bowling hand.
Common mistakes
- Select Save inside the Customize Fields drawer. Closing the drawer without saving throws away every field and step you added.
- Players must sign in with their mobile number before the form opens, so tell them to keep their phone handy.
- Choice fields (radio, checkbox, select, multiselect) need at least one option, or the Save button stays disabled.
- A field label is turned into its stored name when you add it. Pick clear labels up front; renaming later can split answers across two columns.
- If players say the link is closed, check the Player Registration End Date in Auction Details.
