How to add sponsors

The Sponsors tab is where you list the brands backing your league. Each sponsor needs a logo, a category and a title. Their logos then scroll across your auction page, the stream overlay and the player registration page, and you can show them full screen during the live auction.

Quick steps

  1. Open your auction and select the Sponsors tab.
  2. Select Add Sponsor, upload the logo, pick or type a category and enter the sponsor title. Add a sub title if you like.
  3. Select Save, or Save and Add Another to keep the form open for the next sponsor.
  4. Select DURATION to choose how many seconds each page of sponsors is shown full screen (1 to 60).
  5. Use the pencil to edit a sponsor and the bin to delete one.

Add a sponsor

  • Upload Sponsor Image

    Required

    The sponsor’s logo. It is the main thing viewers see: it scrolls across the auction page, the stream overlay and the player registration page, and fills the full-screen sponsor display.

    • JPG or PNG, up to 10 MB.
    • Save and Save and Add Another stay disabled until a logo is added.
    • Use a square logo on a plain background. It is shown in a circle in the list.
    • On the stream overlay, the sponsor strip can be turned off in Overlay settings.

  • Select Category

    Required

    The sponsor’s tier or role, for example Title Sponsor, Gold Sponsor or Kit Partner. On the full-screen sponsor display, sponsors are grouped by category and the category name is shown with each group.

    • Pick one of the 79 ready-made categories, or type your own and select Add "…" to create it.
    • Typed categories are saved with each word capitalised (for example "Scorecard Partner").
    • Shows "Sponsor category is required" if left empty.

  • Sponsor Title

    Required

    The sponsor’s name. It is shown under the logo on every screen.

    • Shows "Sponsor title is required" if left empty. Spaces alone do not count.

  • Sponsor Sub title

    Optional

    A short tagline shown under the sponsor name on the scrolling strip and the full-screen display.

    • Keep it short. Long taglines are cut off in the sponsor list.

Sponsor display settings

  • Display Duration

    Optional

    Select DURATION to set how long each page of sponsors stays on the full-screen sponsor display before moving on. Each page shows up to four sponsors from one category.

    • Whole seconds from 1 to 60. The default is 5.
    • Values above 60 are rejected with "Invalid duration (must be 1-60)".
    • Select Save Duration to keep the change.

Common mistakes

  • After Save and Add Another, upload the next sponsor’s logo again. The previous preview can stay on screen, but the Save buttons stay disabled until you choose a new image.
  • Use the same category name for sponsors of the same tier. The full-screen display shows one category at a time, so "Gold Sponsor" and "Gold Sponsors" become two separate pages.
  • Sponsors appear in the order you add them. To move one, delete it and add it again.
  • Deleting a sponsor cannot be undone. Cancel keeps it.
  • The Enable full screen sponsor (live) option in the live auction menu only appears once the auction has at least one sponsor. It shows your sponsors full screen on the live screen and the projector.
